For the live-action movie, Heroine Shikkaku, Kana will be providing the theme song! The new song is said to be entitled, “Torisetsu” which means manual.

According to,
Nishino will be in charge of creating the theme song this time, and she’s excited. [She stated] the theme song is about the inner feelings of a women who doesn’t quite understand men. The song compares a girl’s mind to an instruction manual. I think that you understand feelings of a women and the message, ‘love for a favorite person’, which seems selfish yet it is not something that can easily be said or expressed straight forwardly. [Both] men and women’s feelings within the movie, “Heroine Shikkaku”, are quite complicated…

The film is an adaptation of shojo manga written by Momoko Koda. The story is about a high school girl named, Hatori also believed that one day she would get married to her childhood friend, Rita. But that’s not how the world works! This is a hilarious comedy that honestly paints a painful unrequited love story of this young girl!
The movie is said to be released later this year on September 19th.
